Booking Terms for Food and Jewellery Shoots

These terms apply to every food and jewellery package. They are the terms stated on the food page and the jewellery page, gathered in one place, and they apply when you book a shoot.

Fixed Prices, GST Included

Every package has a published price, a fixed count and a delivery date, and every price includes GST. The booking form shows your total before you send it, with any extra dishes, hero shots or pieces, a usage upgrade and express delivery as their own lines.

Food

  • Menu kits: Your photographer styles every dish and brings the prop kit. A dedicated food stylist and custom props are billed at cost + 15%.
  • Campaign kits: Your photographer styles every scene and brings the prop kit. A dedicated food stylist and custom props are billed at cost + 15%.
  • Travel within Chennai is included; beyond city limits, travel is billed at cost.

Jewellery

  • Piece = one item; sets counted per item.
  • On-Model is priced “from” its production fee. Model, MUA & hair billed at actuals + 15% coordination.

Half Holds Your Date

A 50% advance confirms your shoot date, and the other 50% is due before delivery. We email the advance invoice after you book, and your files are released once the balance is paid. Need a GST quotation first? WhatsApp us (opens in a new tab).

One Revision Round Included

Every Shutterfeed Creative package includes one revision round. You review the delivered set, send one consolidated list of changes, and we make them. A second revision round is ₹2,360.

Delivery Dates

Each package’s delivery time is on its card; for food it counts from the last shoot day. Your files arrive in:

  • Food, Menu kits: 3 working days for Essentials, 4 for Growth and 5 for Full Menu.
  • Food, Campaign kits: 3 working days for Launch, 4 for Performance and 5 for Identity.
  • Jewellery: 7 working days for Styled, 10 for Campaign, 15 for Flagship and 2–3 weeks for On-Model.

When you need the files sooner:

  • Food: 24-hour delivery on Essentials, as an add-on.
  • Jewellery: express delivery (+30%), about half the usual time — on Styled and Campaign; ask us for Flagship and On-Model.

Usage

Usage is where your images can run. Each package includes the usage below; you choose an upgrade when you book, and it shows as its own line on your booking summary.

Food, Menu kits

  • Included: Every delivery app (including in-app offers), Google, your website and social media (including boosted posts), and printed menus — India, no time limit.
  • Print ads, hoardings, packaging & national campaigns (+30% of kit): Print ads, hoardings, packaging and national campaigns, on top of everything the Menu kit already covers.
  • Unlimited buyout (+75–100% of kit): All channels, worldwide, no time limit. Priced per project.

Food, Campaign kits

  • Included: Everything a Menu kit covers (delivery apps, Google, web, social, printed menus) plus paid digital ads — Meta, Google and delivery-app ads — India, 2 years.
  • Print ads, hoardings, packaging & national campaigns (+30% of kit): Print ads, hoardings, packaging and national campaigns, on top of everything the Campaign kit already covers.
  • Unlimited buyout (+75–100% of kit): All channels, worldwide, no time limit. Priced per project.

Jewellery

  • Included: Your website, social media and marketplace listings — 2 years, India.
  • Print, hoardings & paid ads (+30% of package): For images that will run as Meta or Google ads, in print, or on hoardings. Calculated on your package, including any additional pieces.
  • Unlimited buyout (+75–100% of package): You own usage outright — forever, anywhere. Calculated on your package, including any additional pieces.

Add-Ons

Add-ons are published with their prices on each line page: food add-ons and jewellery add-ons. Extra dishes, hero shots and pieces, a usage upgrade and jewellery express delivery are chosen in the booking form and show as their own lines on your booking summary. For any other add-on, tell us in your booking notes or on WhatsApp; we add it to your invoice, on the same payment terms as your package.

Founding Terms

Founding terms are for our first five clients per line: the first project is booked 25% below the published price, in exchange for a written testimonial, permission to publish the shoot as a case study, and one referral. Founding terms cover the first project only; later projects are booked at the published price. Founding terms do not apply to multi-outlet food projects.
