No. You courier your pieces to the Shutterfeed Creative studio in Little Mount, Chennai, or drop them off, and they come back to you by courier after the shoot. A handover form is signed both ways — when your pieces arrive and when they leave. Finished files arrive in 7 working days for Styled, 10 for Campaign, 15 for Flagship and 2–3 weeks for On-Model.

A piece is one individual item, and sets are counted per item — a necklace set with matching earrings and a ring is three pieces. The Styled package covers 12 pieces. More pieces than your package covers can be added at the same tier with the extra-piece add-on (₹2,800 each, GST-inclusive).

Six materials each get their own lighting setup at our Little Mount studio in Chennai: yellow gold, white metal, diamonds, coloured stones, pearls and kemp. That is how reflections stay controlled on polished metal, faceted stones keep their fire and pearls stay luminous rather than flat. We shoot silver, temple, kemp, demi-fine and contemporary collections, and every image is retouched with colour matched to the physical piece.

Yes. Flagship is made for a bridal or temple collection: a concept deck is approved before the shoot, then every piece is shot on a built, themed set at our Little Mount studio in Chennai — bridal pieces on traditional textiles, temple jewellery on carved wood or brass — with dedicated lighting for gold, diamonds and gemstones. Heavy bridal sets are supported and styled so they sit correctly. Flagship covers 25 pieces, and every hero is composed in landscape, portrait and square. For bridal jewellery that needs to be seen worn, On-Model is a full-day shoot covering 8–10 looks.

Finished files arrive in 7 working days for Styled, 10 for Campaign, 15 for Flagship and 2–3 weeks for On-Model, so work back from the date your campaign has to go live. For Campaign, Flagship and On-Model, a moodboard or concept deck is approved before the shoot, so allow time for that too, plus courier time for your pieces to reach Little Mount. Book once your collection is ready to ship — a 50% advance confirms your shoot date. If your date is close, the express delivery add-on halves the delivery timeline, at +30% of your package, including any additional pieces.

Yes. On-Model is a full-day on-model shoot at our Little Mount studio in Chennai: 8–10 looks, planned with a concept deck and a model you choose from 3–4 panel options. The production fee is from ₹1,25,000, GST-inclusive. Model, MUA & hair billed at actuals + 15% coordination. Finished files arrive in 2–3 weeks.

We shoot campaign and hero imagery — the pieces that carry your brand. For volume listing images we'll point you to a volume studio or an AI tool. If you've already shot a campaign with us, message us about your wider range.

Every jewellery package includes usage on your website, social media, one delivery platform and marketplace listings, for 2 years in India. If the images will run as paid ads, in print or on hoardings — for example an on-model campaign on a hoarding — add the print and paid-ads usage upgrade at 30% of your package, including any additional pieces. An unlimited buyout — use anywhere, with no time limit — is 75–100% on the same basis. You choose the usage you need when you book.

Payment is split 50/50: a 50% advance confirms your shoot date, and the remaining 50% is due before the final files are released. For Styled at ₹29,500, that is ₹14,750 to confirm and ₹14,750 before delivery. All package prices are fixed and GST-inclusive, and we email the advance invoice after you book.

Every Shutterfeed Creative jewellery package includes one revision round. You review the delivered set, send one consolidated list of changes, and we make them. A second revision round is ₹2,360.

Founding terms apply to our first five jewellery clients. A founding client's first project is booked 25% below the published price — for example, Styled at ₹22,125 instead of ₹29,500 — in exchange for a written testimonial, permission to publish the shoot as a case study, and one referral. Founding terms cover the first project only. Later projects, and every jewellery project once the five founding slots are taken, are booked at the published price.
