How We Handle Your Details

Shutterfeed Creative is a food and jewellery photography studio in Little Mount, Chennai. This page explains what we collect when you write to us, book a shoot or request a free jewellery sample, why we collect it, where it is kept and for how long, and how to have it deleted.

What We Collect

Only what you give us, through the forms on this site, on WhatsApp or by email:

  • Your name, your brand’s name, your email address and your WhatsApp number.
  • What you tell us: your message; for a booking, the package, scope, usage, dates and notes, your brand’s Instagram or website, and any optional answers about your business; for a sample request, your Instagram and the pieces you’d like shot.
  • With each form, the page you sent it from and, when the link that brought you here carried them, its campaign tags — which ad or post you came from.

This site never asks for card or bank details.

Why We Use It

To reply to you, plan and book your shoot, send your invoices and finished files, courier your jewellery pieces back, and keep the records tax law asks of us. Campaign tags tell us which links and ads bring enquiries. We don’t sell your details or share them for anyone else’s marketing.

Where It Is Kept

  • Our studio email inbox. Every form sends us an email, and we reply from there.
  • A Google Sheet that only the studio can open, which logs each enquiry, booking and sample request.
  • Resend, the service that sends the form emails, including the confirmation you receive.
  • WhatsApp, for any conversation you start with us there.
  • Netlify, which hosts this website and runs its forms.

Some of these services store data outside India.

How Long We Keep It

Enquiries and sample requests that don’t become a booking are deleted within 12 months. Booking and invoice records are kept for as long as Indian tax law requires.

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies in your browser to do that; they don’t tell us who you are. You can block or clear them in your browser settings, and the site works the same without them.

Campaign tags from the link that brought you here are held in your browser for the length of your visit, so a form can send them with your message. The map on our contact page is a Google Maps embed, and Google may set its own cookies when it loads.

Spam Protection

Our forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. When you send a form, it checks your browser and connection, and Cloudflare processes that information to make the check.

Seeing, Correcting or Deleting Your Details

Email contact@shutterfeedcreative.com to ask for a copy of what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We delete it from our inbox and records — except the booking and invoice records tax law requires us to keep — and confirm when it’s done.

Changes to This Page

When we change how we handle your details, we update this page and the date at the top. Questions about it? Email contact@shutterfeedcreative.com or WhatsApp us (opens in a new tab). Our booking terms are on the terms page.
