How we partner
Three Things to Know Before You Brief Us
A production partner the way agencies actually need one — invisible or credited, paid at the published rate, and out of your client's view unless you want us named.
White-Label by Default
Files are delivered unbranded with no watermark; metadata and image credits are set to your agency. We do not appear anywhere in the deliverables, and we do not speak to your client.
Credited When You Ask
When your client values a specialist studio in the chain, we are happy to be named as production partner. Credit reads "Photography: Shutterfeed Creative" wherever you need it to.
The Published Rate — Your Margin Is Yours
The agency pays our published rate on the line pages. You present whatever rate makes sense to your client. We do not publish a trade rate, and we do not underwrite your margin.
The flow
How the Shoot Runs for an Agency Brief
Brief
Send the brief, moodboard, brand references and the deliverable list. We confirm the package, dates, and whether this one is white-label or credited.
Shoot
Jewellery is shot at our Little Mount studio from pieces couriered in by you or your client. Food is shot on location at your client’s kitchen in Chennai; travel beyond the city is quoted separately.
Delivery to You
Files land in a Drive folder named to your agency’s convention. Unbranded by default; metadata and image credits set to you; a credited copy if you asked for one. Files release once the balance is paid.
Your Client, Your Brand
You present the work. We stay invisible unless you want us named. Follow-up questions come through you — we do not contact the end client.
Agency FAQ
Questions Agencies Ask Before the First Brief
Do you sign an NDA before the brief?
Yes. We sign a mutual NDA before the brief lands. Our standard template carves out portfolio use — if the project itself cannot appear in our portfolio, we add that as a named line in the NDA.
Who holds the usage rights on the files you deliver to us?
The usage granted on the booking form is granted to the end brand your agency is shooting for. Our included usage is web, social and listings in India for two years; wider commercial use is an upgrade on the booking form and passes through to your client the same way.
Can we use our own moodboard, art director or stylist on set?
Yes. Direction and styling can come from your side; we execute the shoot and manage the studio. The package definition, deliverables and delivery time stay the same.
Do you offer a volume or retainer rate for agencies?
Not on the site. The published prices are the prices. If your agency places three or more shoots a quarter, write to us at contact@shutterfeedcreative.com — we review retainer rates on a one-to-one basis.
How do our files get to us?
In a Drive folder, named to your agency’s convention and shared with the agency contact only. Files are released once the balance is paid. White-label is the default — unbranded, no watermark, metadata and image credits set to you.
Can we rebrand the shoot as our in-house production?
Yes. White-label means we do not appear in the deliverables. We ask only that you do not state we were on set when we were not — mislabelling our work breaks the partnership faster than any contract term.
Will you talk to our client directly?
Not without you asking us to. The default is that all communication, approvals and revisions run through the agency contact; we never cold-reach your client or follow up with them.
